Advance Booking Policy
- We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.
- Group bookings (10+ people) require 30 days advance notice
Payment Terms
- A 20% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking
- Remaining 80% to be paid upon check-in
- Payment modes: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Cash
- Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests must be informed in advance
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
- Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
- Guests must vacate the premises as per check-out timing
Pool & Rain Dance Rules
- Pool timings: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (May vary seasonally)
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Shower before entering the pool
- No glass containers or sharp objects near pool area
- Lifeguard on duty during operational hours
- Rain dance sessions: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Seasonal)
- Pool closed during thunderstorms and heavy rain
Safety Guidelines
General Safety
- Follow all safety instructions for activities
- Report any injuries immediately to staff
- Do not venture outside resort boundaries after dark
- Keep valuables in provided lockers
- Emergency medical kit available at reception
Fire Safety
- Fire extinguishers located throughout property
- Smoking only in designated areas
- No open flames in tents/cottages
- Emergency exits clearly marked
- Fire alarm system operational 24/7
Adventure Activities
- Safety gear mandatory for all adventure sports
- Trained instructors supervise all activities
- Age and health restrictions apply
- Indemnity form to be signed before participation
- Follow instructor guidelines at all times
Wildlife & Nature
- Do not feed or disturb wildlife
- Stay on marked trails during nature walks
- Report any snake or insect sightings
- Use insect repellent in evenings
- Keep food items sealed to avoid attracting animals
General Rules & Regulations
Guest Conduct
- Loud music not permitted after 10:00 PM (Except DJ nights)
- Consumption of alcohol only in designated areas
- No outside food or beverages allowed
- Pets not allowed (Service animals excepted)
- Respectful behavior towards staff and other guests mandatory
Environmental Responsibility
- Please use dustbins provided throughout the property
- Plastic use minimized — please cooperate with our eco-initiatives
- Water conservation appreciated
- Do not pluck flowers or damage plants
Damage & Loss
- Guests responsible for any damage to property or equipment
- Management not responsible for loss of personal belongings
Photography & Videography
- Personal photography allowed throughout the property
- Commercial shoots require prior permission and fees
- Drone flying requires management approval
- Please respect privacy of other guests
